By means of a regulatory agreement at a cost of 16 € per day per bike, the risk of damage and breakage of the equipment is covered until an expense of 1000,00 € by the rental company. In case of lost or theft the insurance is not covering any cost.

Because it’s almost like riding a traditional bike with an electric engine that helps you along the path. You have the possibility to go further, fastly and face the hardest ascents without the need to be super fit.

This really depends on many factors, most of all your speed, the altitude difference and the power set. Nothing to worry about, our e-bikes have a 625Wh next generation self-sufficiency that allows to cover 30km without the risk of remaining still. With high pleasure we can suggest you the right path in order not to run out of your battery or to find some charging points on the trail. You can still rent a second battery to always carry with you.

In Alta Badia many mountain refuges are equipped with e-bikes main brand’s chargers or they offer the possibility to recharge your e-bike with your charger (that we give on request) while you’re eating.

For sure, in our rental shop you can find 24” wheels e-bikes, perfect for having the company of your children by your side.

We rent single or double thule carts in order to transport 1 or 2 children that perfectly adheres to our e-bikes. We consider this the safest and most comfortable way to carry the children, but if you prefer, some e-bikes models have the possibility to install a bike seat.

You can find an easy to use rapair kit included in the rental in the case of a flat wheel or an inflate and repair spray.

On request we offer a padlock with the bike rental that we always suggest to use whenever you wander off the bike. In case of theft, the user of the bike shall submit a complaint to the competent bodies and to compensate the products in question with a fee equal to the commercial value.

Sometimes something unforeseeable can quickly come up. If you are unable to start your booked bike tour with our e-bikes, please inform us in good time. In the case of a cancellation 2 days before the start of your booking, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
